Our Daytona Beach meeting facilities include over 100 ocean front rooms with private balconies. We offer everything from reception and banquet rooms to classroom and theater configurations with state of the art audio / visual equipment. Dining arrangements in our event space is suitable for everything from a cookout to a formal banquet. We offer FREE PARKING and FREE WIFI.

The Caribbean Room, our first floor main meeting room is unlike any meeting room you've ever seen! This open, 2 story, 3000 sq. ft. acoustically designed room features 12' high arched windows with a spectacular view of the Atlantic Ocean. A large pre-assembly area designed to handle registration, displays and general information for your group, opens into the main meeting room.

Twelve additional beautiful meeting rooms, Hospitality Suites and Apartments ranging from 600 square feet up to 1,370 square feet can host up to 90 guests banquet style. They can also double as both meeting and conference rooms to provide just the right space and environment for your group to convene by the ocean. Each of our Daytona Beach meeting or conference rooms is complimented with sleeping accommodations for the conference coordinator or meeting planner.
